The 1838 Access Plus is a unique IP addressable access controller that is programmable via a direct connection to a PC, a LAN or the Internet. The 1838 AP can control up to 6 entry points with card readers, keypads or RF receivers using RS-485 communication. Additionally, 2 auxiliary relays on the main control board can be activated from the PC to control other devices or access control equipment - a gate operator for example. The Access Plus Programming software is included with the 1838 AP system.
