DoorKing 1816 Access Plus Intercom Expansion
The 1816 Access Plus expands the "No Phone Line" telephone intercom interface on 1810 & 1812 Access Plus Systems from a single phone line up to 11 phone lines. The system can be further expanded to interface with up to a maximum of 23 phone lines. This is not a stand-alone system; it must be interfaced with Access Plus Controllers, which then provides a "No Phone Line" system with all of the programming and control features of the Access Plus Systems.
The DK 1816 telephone intercom system does not require a dedicated Central Office phone line to establish communication between a lobby panel and a resident's telephone. Ideally suited for apartment buildings, college resident halls, high rise condominiums, office buildings, and public housing authority projects where controlling access into the building is an essential part of a security program.
System comes with 1 1982-010 Relay board and a decoder board. One RJ71C phone block and one connecting cable is required for each relay board used in the system.
